Mahi Mahi Charter Sydney – End of the Season

Our Mahi Mahi Charter Sydney departed on Sunday from Cronulla Public Wharf.
After we reached the Port Hacking FAD, we landed an AMAZING [13] Mahi Mahi Fish in a couple of hours.
Also known as Dolphin Fish, Dorado and Dollies, they were all a great size measuring between 78-90cm.
Even though it was the 28 May and it's almost at the end of the Sydney Mahi Mahi Charter season, they are still around in good numbers due to the waters off Sydney being still warn with average temps between 22-25deg.
Mahi Mahi are a great sports fish to catch and are even better on the dinner table.
If anyone has ever been to Hawaii, the Dolly Burgers over there are delicious !!
Mahi Mahi season in Sydney peaks from [December - May] each year and every year we have a GREAT time chasing them.
