Weather Conditions + Confirming Charter

We will be in contact with you via TXT and EMAIL between 4.30pm - 5.30pm 'THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CHARTER' to let you know if the charter is Proceeding or Cancelled due to Weather.

WHAT TYPE OF FISH ARE WE LIKELY TO CATCH

Our Primary target species on this trip is Mahi Mahi... although whilst trolling, we also pick up - Marlin, Yellowfin, Rainbow Runners, Kingfish, Striped Tuna plus more.... it is a BIG ocean out there !!!

Mahi Mahi - Size + Bag Limits

Current Fisheries rules for Mahi Mahi in NSW are | Minimum SIZE 60cm | Bag Limit 10 per person | Only 1 fish over 110cm.....

MAHI MAHI - Fishing Techniques

'Subject to conditions' and how busy the FAD is on the day, we will use a combination of the following styles of Mahi fishing -> Live Baits, Dead Baits, Trolling Lures and even some jigging.....

Mahi Mahi - EQUIPMENT + EXPERIENCE

Every Mahi Mahi fishing trip is lead by Experienced fishing guides and skippers that have been fishing the waters off Sydney for 20+years. All Fishing Equipment, Bait, Licences, Safety Gear, etc, are all included... you just need to turn up Food + Drinks and appropriate clothing for the time of year...

FOOD + DRINKS

All fishing charters are BYO food + drinks... If you wish to bring Alcohol no worries although please bring CANS…. NOT BOTTLES... Please feel free to bring a small drinks Esky onboard that you can also use to put your fish in at the end of the charter.

CAN YOU KEEP YOUR FISH

Yes you get to keep what you catch… we also gut, clean and bag them for you to take home. ALTHOUGH we encourage people to only take what they are going to eat… We need to look after our oceans for the next generation...

WHAT TO BRING

You need to pack according to the time of year.... as a rule, we always suggest - Hat, Sunglasses, warm jumper (just in case) and wet weather gear if it looks like rain… If you want to bring your favourite rod along, please do..... Also, please feel free to bring a small Esky onboard for your fish at the end of the charter...
