The winter fishing season in Sydney runs for 6 months commencing on the 1st of may. In these 6 months there is an abundance of fish species to catch. Trevally, flathead, tuna and snapper will be plentiful. Toward the end of the winter season you will start to see Tailor, Bass, Hapuka, Shark and Salmon.
